Make a paste out of 1 teaspoon each of pepper,garlic,ginger,red onion, jeera by grinding in mixie
Cook chicken (cut into small pieces) with salt, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp chilli powder, 1/4tsp cor, 1/4 tsp masala, 1/2 glass water and above paste in pressure cooker
After cooker opens, dry excess water by boiling
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and sautee garlic, ginger, green chilli, curry leaves. Add chicken. Keep frying till chicken crackles!
