amma's sambaar

1. soak puli in water
2. kaayam - half nellikka size - press and fry in pan. keep on side of pan
3. pop kaduku. fry small onion whole, not too much fry needed.fry malli ila, curry vepila. turn off
4. fry malli podi, chilli powder, uluva podi
5. put sambaar pieces with water and salt. add all of above
6. boil parippu, savaala, pacha malli, manja podi, salt. add to above
